You really MUST try Botani. Even if you get these guys to send it to you for $20 it’s still a good buy. Serve it extra cold with seafood or something spicy like Thai… gorgeous.

I put away 8 pints of pear jelly today for my mother in law. I had to also respond to this post just to say i absolutely LOVE your website! Just put it in my favorites. I love to make jellies and jams and you have some really good recipes here. Thanks so much!
